Monthly Womxn's Circle (Salt Bowl Ceremony)

This months circle is a Salt Bowl Ceremony.

Once ceremony closes, you will receive a mason jar of the infused, sacred salts. Upon soaking in these, may you be reminded of our energetic exchange from this special evening. If you have an essential oil you feel called to bring to add to the salts, please do. ALL Materials will be provided, salts, jars, essential oils, fresh herbs, fresh flowers, tea leaves, etc.

Gather w/other womxn from within our commUNITY & surrounding areas to take an evening to exit from the intensity of what life can present & allow ourselves to sit in circle, to REST, and SINK DEEPLY into a supportive web in that we shall weave together month after month. ▼ Each month we will present a different topic & journaling prompts based around connection to self + community + partner + friendship + Mother Earth + work + social media & at times our trauma. Each of our Earth walks has consisted of trauma @ some point throughout our journey. May we gather together to shed & release the ties that bind us from moving forward w/grace + ease. ▼ The circle will close w/a guided mediation, a calming vibration of healing that shall be absorbed as we go back out into the world integrating what we shared w/one another. May we chose to arrive in circle w/an open heart + open mind, allowing ourselves the permission to be vulnerable. Vulnerability looks good on everyone. It helps us relate to others, realizing through this connection in circle that we are all doing our best. And that we are simply a reflection of one another. At times vulnerability can trigger us & allow us to feel uncomfortable. Moments of triggering can simply be portals for healing. If we choose. If you have never sat in circle. I encourage you to step into this space of healing, trusting this unfolding. Sisterhood awaits you. ▼ Kim, owner of Transcending Roots Apothecary, will prepare a tea, and sometimes a tincture, using nourishing and healing herbs to coincide w/each monthly topic.  ▼ Our lives are in a constant state of transition, moving fast from one thing to the next.
