Oneiromancy: Dreamwork, Plant Allies, and exploring the Superconscious Mind

Oneiromancy is the interpretation of our dreams in efforts to understand the unknown, to predict the future, and to connect more deeply with our waking lives. 

In this 2 hour workshop, we will discuss the significance of exploring the vast expanse of our unconscious mind as we dream, its impact on our waking life behavior, and how to integrate plant medicine into better dream recall, lucidity, and interpretation. We will create an herbal blend as a class to enhance dream texture and students will leave this workshop with the tools needed to initiate more intentional dreamwork. This form of self-study can have direct effects on neuroplasticity, self-awareness, memory and our overall quality of life and understanding of self.
