Women's Full Moon Circle

The time has arrived. May we place one foot in front of the other. It’s been 7 months since Kelly Hough has held space physically in our commUNITY. 

From Kelly:

"Many of you joined me through the virtual web as I created weekly circles to guide us through the first 8 weeks of the pandemic. Join me in welcoming this next Full Moon right here in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia. Let us shed the layers of our beings that no longer resonate for us as we move into this next season.

Do you feel you are transforming @ an accelerated pace as though time is linear & suddenly a week has past @ lightening speed? You are without a doubt, shifting. You are no longer that of which you believed you were 7 months ago. And why should you be...we have traveled through a portal, a vortex of energetic realm. Your rebirth is here. Welcome back sweet one. You were never lost, just redirected. And now your Highest self awaits your return.

Join me in circle, in connection, in commUNITY. May we release + let go of the layers of energetic funk that has accumulated throughout this pandemic.

We will participate in guided Breathwork + a meditation to clear out the 7 main energy centers(chakras). We have experienced so many emotions over these past 7 months. When energy isn’t moved throughout the body, it becomes stuck. It creates a feeling of not being @ ease. This can often result in experiencing disease. These feelings include anxiety + low grade depression. Let us find our way back to our center, our powerful self. May we strengthen the strongest part of our immunity, our consciousness.

Collectively we will share, journal reflect + create smudge sticks to help us alchemize all the funk that has to go💨(all materials being used will be separated individually prior to circle to eliminate cross exposure).
