Bringing the magic, mindfulness, and empowerment of the natural world to the next generation

I offer herbal education programs and nature-based workshops for schools and summer camps throughout Western Massachusetts, sharing the wisdom, wonder, and healing of plants with students ages 4 through 18 (grades K–12).

In a society where technology often replaces true connection, these classes invite children to reestablish real, living relationships — to the land, to community, and to their own hearts. Through age-appropriate hands-on exploration, storytelling, and sensory experiences, students slow down, step outside, and immerse themselves in the world through wonder. They discover how plants can nourish body, mind and spirit, fostering a deep sense of belonging, peace, and interconnection with the natural world.
