Reading the Body
Did you know that the ‘11’ lines are related to the gallbladder? Forehead lines related to the small and large intestine? Spleen worry lines? Mineral deficiencies visible on the hands and tongue? Reproductive health visible on the face? This is just the tip of the iceberg of what we will uncover in this class.
In this 2 day deep dive immersion, we will unveil the secrets behind our appearance, sharing stores the body tells through reading colors, lines, faces, tongues, hands and more.

Head, Heart & Hands: Seasonal Herbal Immersion Days
Join us for a day of herbal immersion! A flexible, freestyle day, deeply rooted in presence and relationship.
These are not traditional “classes” in the structured sense. They are living, breathing days of intention, practice and circle.
We will gather in the gardens and on the land, hands in the soil, meeting the plants where they are in their cycle, and allowing the day to be guided by what is blooming, what is ready to be harvested, and what medicines are asking to be made.
Dates :
June 20th | July 17th | August 15th | September TBD
These classes are open to anyone at all skill levels with a willingness to learn, get hands in the soil, and immerse themselves in herbal medicine!
Young adults 13 and older are welcome to register as well, when accompanied by an adult, if they have an interest in this practice!

Botanical Protection
Learn how to work with herbs to keep biting insects at bay and care for your skin when they do bite. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore plants that help repel mosquitoes, midges, deer flies, and ticks, and discuss how to craft effective, skin-safe bug sprays at home. We’ll also cover simple herbal first aid for bites and stings so you know what to do when the inevitable happens. Each participant will create a topical herbal repellent and get to meet several plant allies commonly used for soothing and supporting bite care.
