Seasonal Herbal Immersion Days

Hands in the Earth • Medicine in the Making • Circle in Community

Join us for a day of herbal immersion! A flexible, freestyle day, deeply rooted in presence and relationship.

These are not traditional “classes” in the structured sense. They are living, breathing days of intention, practice and circle.

We will gather in the gardens and on the land, hands in the soil, meeting the plants where they are in their cycle, and allowing the day to be guided by what is blooming, what is ready to be harvested, and what medicines are asking to be made.

Each immersion will unfold organically, in the true spirit of Wise Woman tradition, woven with threads of science and clinical practice.

We will:

  • Work in the gardens, weeding and tending to allies, strengthening our identification skills and relationship

  • Harvest and prepare plant medicines from what is ready to be worked with

  • Craft tinctures, oils, vinegars, or other seasonal remedies

  • Explore plant identification and wild tending practices

  • Sit in circle and share teachings, song and community

  • Work with energetics, intuition, and embodied plant relationship

  • Or follow wherever the land leads us that day!

These gatherings are rooted in relationship - to the earth, to the plants, to ourselves, and to one another. Rather than moving through a preset curriculum, we will allow the season itself to shape our experiences. Every day will be different. Every circle will carry its own medicine.

This is immersive, hands-on, earth-centered learning in its most organic form.

These classes are open to anyone at all skill levels with a willingness to learn, get hands in the soil, and immerse themselves in herbal medicine!
Young adults 13 and older are welcome to register as well, when accompanied by an adult, if they have an interest in this practice!

Investment

These immersion days are offered on a sliding scale in order to balance accessibility with sustainability.

All registrations include the remedy we make together, and all additional plants harvested that day.

You have an opportunity to make much more than what we do together, but all other supplies must be brought with you, or can be purchased separately.

Full class commitment: $144
Sliding scale range: $111 – $188

Please choose the amount that feels aligned with your financial reality and your capacity to support this work. Paying at the higher end of the scale helps make lower-cost spots possible for others in our community.

What to Bring

Have a basket for gathering, gardening shears, gloves, a sun hat, non aerosol sunscreen, nontoxic insect repellent, a towel, refillable water bottle and a dish to share.

We will break for lunch mid day. Our lunch will be a community provided potluck, each person contributing an offering to a nourishing meal. Think seasonal and whole, unprocessed foods. I will also provide a contribution, mountain water, and herbal teas.

A swimsuit may be appropriate for the summer months if we have time to walk down to the lake.

I will be in contact with any additional medicine making needs and other supplies within the week or two prior to our gathering.
